Corporate/Team Building
Fire-eating is a unique, exciting, fun and challenging corporate/team building activity.

We have been teaching fire-eating to groups and individuals for over 10 years in the UK, South Africa and Australia.

Almost all those that participate in our classes firmly believe that fire-eating is something they will never be able to do. However, like anything in life, with the correct training and skills anything can be achieved. Almost all of our participants learn to fire-eat within an hour!

Fire-eating is a great team building activity as fire is something we all naturally fear. To overcome this fear together and learn to do something previously thought impossible is a bonding experience for all involved. Participants often feel that if they can learn to fire-eat, then other tasks previously thought impossible are achievable after all. If you can learn to fire-eat, what can't you do?!

Dancers
Fire is a great way to add a new and exciting element to your dance routines.

There are several different pieces of fire equipment that can easily be used by dancers to add an extra element of excitement and flair to any performance. Fire fingers, fire fans, palm fire and fire-eating sticks can all be adapted to suit various dance styles and routines. These pieces of equipment look stunning when used in dance styles such as bellydance or in contemporary routines.

Dancing with fire can be taught on an individual or group/class basis. Lessons can be one off or ongoing depending on the complexity and versatility you wish to achieve.

School Groups
Poi twirling is a fun physical activity for children of all ages.

Poi gently works the upper body and arms while improving co-ordination and motor skills. It also promotes ambidexterity and creative thinking. As children progress through moves it also builds self confidence and self esteem.

Classes are one to two hours long and include all materials. Children are shown how to make their own poi at the end of the class to enable them to practise at home.

Youth and Teens
Fire twirling is a fun and engaging activity suitable for teenagers and young adults.

Our fire twirling workshops teach skills in poi and staff twirling along with fire safety. Once the students are confident in themselves and their skills they may, under supervision, "light up" and try their moves with fire. Safety and responsible use of fire are emphasised in this course.

Along with providing an engaging and fun activity, fire twirling is great at building confidence and self esteem. All students benefit from the increased physical activity as well as improvements in co-ordination.

Fire twirling is run as a multi session course due to the skills required before being able to use fire.

Confidence Building
Fire-eating is a great confidence builder.

Fire-eating is the perfect example of mind over matter and being able to achieve the seemingly impossible. We are well experienced in teaching reluctant and often frightened students and take pride in seeing their confidence and enthusiasm grow as they progress. Most students are able to fire-eat within and hour and this achievement is a great confidence builder.

Fire-eating classes can be done in a group or on an individual basis, taking approximately an hour or more depending on group size.

Private Lessons
We offer private lessons in poi and staff (both fire and non-fire) as well as other fire arts like fire-eating, fire fans, fire fingers and fire breathing.

If you're interested in private lessons in any of these fire arts or in developing your existing skills, please contact us to discuss how we can help you.
